Privacy notice
This notice explains which data is processed when you visit inea.energy. In short: the website uses no cookies and no tracking, and the only data processed are the technical logs that every web server keeps.

No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not store anything on your device (no local storage, no fingerprinting). It uses no analytics, advertising or social-media tools. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not send any data to third parties. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Language selection
When you open inea.energy, you are sent to the Slovenian or English version based on the preferred language your browser reports and, as a location hint, your device’s time zone or the country derived from your IP address. The choice is made on the spot; it is not stored on your device or recorded anywhere. You can switch the language at any time with the SL / EN switch.
Server logs
Like any website, the web server automatically records technical data about each request:
- IP address, date and time of the request,
- requested page or file and the response status,
- the referring page and your browser’s identification (user agent).
- Purpose
- operating the website, keeping it secure and detecting errors or abuse.
- Legal basis
- legitimate interest – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Retention period
- 30 days, after which the logs are deleted, unless they are needed longer to investigate a specific security incident.
- Recipients
- website hosting and maintenance provider, processing the data exclusively on the controller’s instructions and under its supervision.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Rights can be exercised in writing at the controller’s address or by e-mail at privacy@inea.eu. A complaint about the handling of personal data can be filed with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
